My name is John Hardy and my business is to help companies become more efficient and profitable in the boat building sector. I have many years of experience in GRP production boat building. This ranges from assessing markets for design and development through to producing and delivering the final product.

I am based in the United Kingdom and work with boat building companies in most parts of the world to help and assist them to impove their products and their profits.

To assist in projects I call in the skills of other independent consultants where I think their complimentary skills are beneficial, on agreement with the directors.

We cover a wide range of aspects associated with GRP Boat Building and are very happy to work with existing management teams where we can evaluate and assist with improvements if required.

We find that many companies can use our skills to put in place Management Controls and the IT skills that are necessary in Batch Production and Volume Production.

If Productions Systems are not in place, control is often lost and so are profits.
